Migrating Data from Azure DevOps to JIRA

Hi All,

Can someone please guide me on how to migrate data from Azure DevOps to the Jira server? I want to migrate only tickets that are filtered using the Azure DevOps query. I understand that we can do an export and import the issues into JIRA but we would lose history (when an issue was moved from a particular state to another, etc.)

This would be important since we would like to move from Azure DevOps to Jira but not lose the history. I would also want to migrate attachments, issue links, comments, and avatars that are attached with the ticket.

Importing from a formatted JSON file may be the way to go.
It allows for History, Attachments....
