Move UserPicker or DateTime fields from right site of issue view screen

Hello,
I want to ask you dear Community, if is there any way to move Custom Fields like User Pickers or Date/Time from right site of Jira Isse View Screen (from People or Dates groups) to the left (Details group) as shown on screen below
