Hi,
we want to use the "Swimlanes Stories" view for our Sprint board. So Sub-Tasks ordered by their parent task.
This works great. The only problem is that its quiet annoying to change the status of the parent task. because you have to click on it, the sidebar appears, you have to click on the issue key and then select the status you want to change the issue to.
Is it possible to add the "status buttons" to the sidebar that appears when you click on a issue in your sprint board?
Please have a look at the pics:
Hi @Markus,
The initial idea of this is that is when you resolve all sub-tasks related to specific story Jira popup would show up and ask you do you want to transition also and resolve the parent without the need to transition it manually.
I personally like to use the "the dot" shortcut without the need to open the issue. I hit "." and start typing transition name and hit enter. That is all. Issue is transitioned without touching a mouse! :)
