I'm in the process of switching from FogBugz over to JIRA. I've already utilized the FogBugz Import Wizard to migrate all data from FogBugz to JIRA. Now, if possible, I would like to export only the open tickets (i.e., those whose status is not 'DONE') and import them into my production system (JIRA Cloud). What would be the best way to achieve this?

As of right now, my plan is to query the server instance for tickets with any status other than 'Done' and export the resulting tickets as a CSV. Then, I would like to import this CSV into the production system. Will this approach yield the results I am looking for?

Thanks.
