Need SLA plugin JIRA

Hello ,

 who can suggest me a plugin SLA to calculate time for issue to be resolved ?

i need do define time to resolve issue and having a dashbord to know what's issue is taking more than time reserved

First, have you considered JIRA Service Desk?  Which has all of that?
