Need to Condition for Transition when Pull request is Open.

I need to Add a condition in one of the workflow transition.

1. The transition should be allowed only if the Pull request is Closed.

2. And the transition should be allowed if no pull request is attached to the ticket

Any possible way to write a condition that include both the conditions in one transition.
