Need .vm code to hide priority level value

Hi,

Please provide me .vm file code to hide one priority value. I have 5 priority levels and i want to hide one value based on user name and project name. All users should see 4 priority values to edit and only one user should see 5 priority values.

I guess I am frustrated. If you asked for additional help in your orginal request, I might have looked up some more information for you on my weekend time. This is a repeat again of the same questions you asked twice already and one of those answers already pointed you to the file and what needs to be done. It was not coded for you.
