New filter owner can´t use filter

Hello,

I tried so change the owner of a filter and it worked out. The new owner can see it but when he clicks it to see the filter result, an error occurs.

Instead of the JQL (for example)

project = xxx and status ....

it says

project = 10800 and status ....

So the error below the JQL searchbar says: Value with id "10800" does not exist for the field "project"

What could be the problem here?

Thanks

I guess, it means that the new owner does not have browse issues permission for the 10800 project.
