Anyone have a template for the Email that matches the classic email notifications?

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to know if you need the template for customer notifications or agent notification.
If it's related to customer notification, the "Request created" is the same for classic and next-gen.
If it's related to Agent notification, currently it's not possible to manage this type of notification. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
