Not able to create a plugin skeleton by using Atlassian SDK

I am running the command :

$ atlas-create-refapp-plugin

I am getting errors in the pom.xml page from the beginning of the skeleton creation.

This error is happening for any version of SDK. Please suggest facing, not been able to resolve this issue.
