Not able to find an option to increase text field length in advance settings of my JIRA Cloud.

Is it possible in cloud?

Can some one suggest JIRA-question.pngsolution.

You won't find it in server either, because you can't do it without rewriting code.

If you need more space in a text field, use the free text field, it's not limited.
