Not able to logout of Jira from IE 11

Hello,

I am not able to logout of  IE10 or IE 11 once i logged into jira cloud I tried deleting cookies and browser still the login session is active

Anyone using IE10 or IE 11 facing the same issue ? how to logout of IE10 or IE 11 ?

Hi Mehul,

I just tested this on Windows Server 2012 with IE11 and I did not run into this issue.  Have you tried putting IE in Private browsing mode to see if you can get around this issue?  In most cases where I see this the cause is a browser extension, etc.  Try Private browsing mode and see if you get differernt results.
