Not able to see the EPIC link from a STORY in Scrum board.

Hello all, 

I need some help with an issue a Jira user is facing.
As he said, he is not able to see EPIC link when he uses his Scrum Board. See the screenshots attached.

Any ideas why this is happening or how/if there is a solution?

Hi @Iro Karavasili,

In that screenshot I can see issues without epic link. Take note that epic link is not a mandatory field and you have have stories without an epic link to them.
