Notification Mail Template

Hello ,

since we deployed JIRA we think about creating a template for email notification , which are all the time recieved like this link shows: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bx2sOasGvzxtU3JBSjhWelQ5YzA/edit?usp=sharing

Today I received two notifications presented like this :

it's due to what? how can I keep this mail recieved like this ?

the first one recived as text and second one recived as HTML,

you can change it on user profile preferences, select Email type eaither HTML or text
