Notifications - configuring what makes you a 'watcher'

Brendan Andrews

My expectation was that if I create an issue I would 'watch' it by default. But I hadn't expected other interactions like commenting on an issue would set me as a watcher.

It's handy to automatically watch the issues you create: So I don't want to disable autowatch in my profile preferences.

Is it possible to configure which events cause you to become a 'watcher' of an issue?

Not possible at the moment. It is all or none at the moment.
