tell me if it's possible (and if yes - how to do it) send notifications depends issue is assign or not. I want to be informed about changes, comments in issue till it's unassigned.
Scenario:
1. Ticket is unassigned. Someone comment it. User A gets notification.
2. Assign issue. User A gets notification about it (this is trivial)
3. Someone comment issue. User A doesn't get notification.
4. Unassign issue. back to point 1.
