Notifications for a request type

Hi everyone!

I have a project with multiple request types in it. Is it possible to turn off  reporter notifications for a single request type inside this project? Reporter must get notified when issue is created and that's it.

Currently there is an open feature request for this case. You can caste your vote to that feature and watch it for further updates.

However there's already an solution but it may cause indexing issues. Please refer details here.
