Hi Muhammet,

Thank you for submitting this Request in our portal as well - we will continue our discussion there.

For the Community's sake:

The Error results from an attempt to import an Insight Discovery Scan Result using the Object Schema Import Functionality - hence the Data format prevents the Schema Import from running correctly.

A Discovery Scan Result ZIP should be imported into Insight using a Discovery Import, preferably configured in an empty Object Schema where you can configure your Import, followed by creating a Predefined Structure (Object Types) and a Predefined Configuration (Object Type Mapping) - then the Scan Result ZIP will be successfully imported into Insight - resulting in Objects created in the different Object Types, according to the Scan Results.

Kind regards,

Yinon

The links "Predefined Structure" and "Predefined Configuration" don't work. Is there a new location for these instructions for insight latest version?

Hi Heather.

    See here: https://documentation.mindville.com/insight/latest/general-import-concepts-33467036.html#GeneralImportConcepts-PredefinedStructure

Predefined Structure, followed by the Predefined configuration in our documentation.
