Offline install application based on Jira and Jira repository IP address for whitelist of firewall

Hello Team,

I'd like to know how to install ServiceDesk based on Jira core by offline. Our server have limitation of internet access. 

In case we need our jira instance access Jira server to get updated, what IP address/section do we need to add into whitelist of our firewall.

Hi Ryan,

you can download the installation-pack for JSD (take care to select the one, that is for installation when Jira Core/Software is already installed). Then go to Cog->Applications->Versions and licenses. There is an "Upload Application" Link at the top of the page.
