What user directory are you using? Are you sure your database is the right one? Are you looking in the right tables for your version of Jira?

Hello Nic,

we are using Jira's default internal directory. No external directory like crowd or LDAP we are using.

Ok, and which version of Jira? It matters because the user handling changed between 2 and 3, and 4.2 and 4.3
