Our upgraded JIRA instance no long does substring match for fixversion in basic search criteria.

We installed a newer version of JIRA and in that env when you use fix version as a filter criteria (basic query), if you type in part of the fix version name JIRA doesn't do any matching.  For example if the fix version exists called 100-Cora-Revalidation, and you type in Cora to the filter criteria, you don't get any matches in the dropdown to select from.  We do however get this to work in our older instance of JIRA.

Any idea what's up?  I checked and fixversion field is set to have "autocomplete renderer" in both jira instances.

Thanks

Linda

Advanced searching on

fixVersion ~ "100-Cora*"

will find it.
