Ovveride Prefix in Jira custom email post-function

Hi community,

We have defined a prefix on the Outgoing email server and I would like to override this prefix on a specific project when the email in sent because we will send these email to people outside the company.

For every projects, I want this prefix to be set to let our users know the mail are coming from Jira. But for one specific project, I would like to override this prefix in the custom email post-function for these specific emails we are sending (it will be enough if it's done on the post-function and not the all project). Is there any way to do that?
