Pop up messages on specific transitions possible?

Hi

I just get JIRA Toolkit messages working fine but I don't want the same message on every transition, I need an specific message on the right transition.

Is there a way to get it work in that way?

Every transition can have a different transition screen.  Create a screen without the message field on it, and another with the field.  Then use the "with" screen on your specific transition, and the "without" for all the other transitions.
