Popup window for resolution feild

Hi ,

   I am currently not able to see a pop up window when I try to move status to resolved. I  have verified the workflow and it contains the post functions defined.

Currently its just moving from example open to resolved without any popup.

Attaching the screenshot for reference so that I can get similar pop up window when issue is resolved.

Hi @Suma Pralhad Kustagi , you need to use or create a screen with the resolution field added (and other fields if needed) and add that screen on the transition where you want the pop-up window to appear.

To clarify for others, in the configuration for a workflow transition, it is possible to define a screen to be shown as a "transition view".

1. find the workflow

2. choose edit

3. click on the name of the transition

4. this will bring you to a page that gives a summary, including list of triggers, conditions, validators, post functions

5. on this summary screen, click edit

6. On this page, you can define the screen that you want to pop up immediately where the user enters the resolution and other field values (e.g. the Resolve Issue Screen)
