Portfolio - Inconsistent team assignment in sub-task

I cannot seem to get Jira Portfolio to auto nominate a developer for many of my subtasks.  It presents the following error:

None of the Subtasks shows an error. I have no dependency issues and I haven't stated the need for more than one skill  set which could cause issues if I needed two seperate staff member to complete the issue.

It'd be helpful if there was a cental page that explains theses error messages or if they gave more information

In the scope view is there a team assigned to the parent issue that doesnt have this member added?

It helps to add the Team/Member columns to the scope to get a better idea of what it is complaining about.
