Portfolio for Jira - Not all releases that are part of the issue sources are shown in my plan

Hi!

I've configured a Portfolio Plan with several boards from different projects and incorporated all the releases.

I'd like to create a cross-project release combining the individual project releases. However when I want to create the cross-project release, it only shows the option to add releases from 2 of the 5 projects that are part of my issues sources.

I have included all the individual project releases in the plan. Any idea how to fix this?

@Robin Klein  Thanks for your question!

According to the screenshot of the release tab in the Portfolio, there are only two projects which have releases, so when you create the cross-project release, these two projects are available to select.

With regard to the question about why only 4 projects are displayed in the release tab, but there are 7 issue sources in the plan, you should double check if all boards come from different projects. If some boards come from the same project, there should be less than 7 projects displayed in the release tab.

Hi @Dan Zhang

Thanks for your reply!

All projects contained the same set of releases. It seems an indexing issue, because last week I was not able to see them in the releases tab in Portfolio, but now they are!

So the issue is resolved by itself.

Regards,
Robin
