Problem while creating an issue

kondaparthy sumanth May 23, 2018

Hi

I have 2 groups , while creating a issue one group want X custom field while other group doesn't want that custom field.

        IN BRIEF:

Lets say , 2 groups be A&B, and two custom fields be X&Y

1.While creating an issue on CREATE ISSUE SCREEN  "A "group want "X" custom filed for same issue type (task) and same project, Y field shouldn't be visible

2.And for B group ,While creating an issue on CREATE ISSUE SCREEN  they want Y field on same issue type (task) on same project, X field shouldn't be visible.

Hope for the detailed steps.

Thank you.

Hello,

You would need an add-on for it like Power Scripts (Live Fields) or ScriptRunner(Behaviours)

It is not possible for Cloud. UI can not be modified in the Cloud version.

You do not need to write a script for the ScriptRunner plugin. You can find an example here:
