Problem with API since upgrade

Hi,

I am using API to get data from a Jira filter and make reports in Power BI.

It was working, but it stop working since I upgraded from 7.11.2 to 8.2.4

Now I get: "Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden."

I am still Jira admin and I did not change my password...

Hi Camille,

I understand that you recently upgraded Jira and since that time, an API call appears to be throwing an error for you.

Could you share with us some more details about the specific REST API endpoint you are calling here?   Given the error message it sounds like the endpoint might be accessible anonymously, and if that is the case sometimes Jira will through this error because it doesn't understand the specific authentication/authorization method that is being used by your REST call here.

So if we can also learn more about which REST API authentication method is being used here it might help us to understand if there is something wrong the REST call or if perhaps something has changed within Jira between these versions.
