Hello.
When I try to transit issues from status New to status In progress (transition Start Progress), screen becomes grey and nothing else happens. The problem repeats for each user of this particular project, other projects work correctly.
Do you have any ideas, why can it happen? And what can I do to fix it?
Rebooting Jira on server have solved this problem, but I still don't know, what it was.
May I ask, all projects are using the same workflow?
If no, you may need to check the workflow of the particular project whether the workflow is configured correctly. For example: the transition "Start Progress" is set for changing status from New to In Progress or not? or it's set incorrectly (change from New to New).

Yes, I`ve created a new test project and tried this workflow - and get the same problem.

Do you mean, when using this workflow in new project, you will get the same problem, but if using other workflow, the problem is not found?
If yes, you need to check that workflow whether it's configured correctly or not.

Yes, that's it, but I still can't find, what is wrong with my workflow...

This is not my own screenshot, but I see absolutely similar picture. After reloading page screen becomes normal again, but issue status doesn't change.
