Problem with ldap users

Hi,

One of ldap user has strange properties.

In ticket Activity -> History:

New Value: User Name[ ID##### ] but must be User Name[ username ].

And it's affecting a problem with displaying of some Button with condition:

" Script workflow function : The action will be allowed if the issue matches the JQL query: ""Start Time" <= now() AND "End Time" > now()" "

Other users works without mentioned problem.

Does someone experienced same problem?
