×Hello everyone and happy new year,
We lunched Jira for our small company in past 2 month and recently have a problem with SSL configuration;
I use this guideline up to 12th step:
In step 13 which is <Submit the CSR to a Certificate Authority for signing. They will provide a signed certificate (CA reply) and a set of root/intermediate CA certificates.>
We sent the CSR to a company with Authority for signing, and they supplied us a set of root/intermediate CA certificates, but they didn't provide any CA reply. We contact them and they said they have no idea about CA reply or anything like that.
According the guideline the step 13 is a mandatory stage, does any body have any idea about the current situation, which is that possible to skip the stage 13 and configure SSL successfully without CA reply file.
Thanks in advance.

my problem was resolved.
"CA reply" is equal with SSL which we received from company with authority for signing.
the problem was in Protecle software. when we wanted to import CA reply, gave us error always.
we used another software for importing CA reply "key store explorer" and importing was successful.
