Has anyone used the integration from Productboard (not Jira Product Discovery) to Jira and have you any experience with translating the ranking from Productboard to Jira?
I know you can rank items in the Productboard Platform, it appears that you can push data from Productboard down into Jira, however, Jira's ranking has always been described as a "secret sauce" field. So whereas it will translate into a tool like Advanced Roadmaps or Jira Product Discovery very easily, it has not translated as easily into integrated tools such as Smartsheet. I wonder if this is the same with Productboard.

Productboard offers a variety of features to help identify which features may address the areas of greatest customer need and drive the most business impact (drivers and scores, custom formulas, etc.) but there currently is no concept of a global rank in Productboard.
Productboard’s Jira integration settings do allow for some configuration of how fields get mapped/synced between the two systems. The most flexibility is available for mapping custom fields in Productboard to custom fields in Jira. As I understand it, Jira’s Rank field is technically a custom field but it does not behave like other custom fields, given the way its value is automatically updated. I believe this prevents mapping this field to custom fields in Productboard. If you are already using Productboard you could confirm by using these same configurations to search for all available fields in your Jira projects that can be mapped to.
