Python for JIRA support?

I've posted a question to the marketplace Python for JIRA on Jun 30, but it appears there is no support?

Python for JIRA is a 3rd party developed, open source package not actively managed by Atlassian. If you have specific requests you can post them here and the community can help, or alternatively you can raise issues/feature requests in the Github repo where the code is managed.

Is there something specific that you needed help with?
