Access Jira not working

I can not access my Jira account,
it shows me a capture of a captcha each time.

Please help me solve this problem.

Hi,

Continuously if you have tried with wrong password, then it might ask to enter Captcha as well.

OR

If your question is about every time when you login into Jira it is asking you enter captcha . Then you can talk to your admin and de-activate captcha.

Or Admin can increase the failure count to 10 wrong attempts, after that only it will ask for captcha.

You need to provide your user name, password and captcha. Or ask your Jira administrator to reset the captcha.
