Activity Stream: Date and Time appearing in other language.

One of our users is seeing Date/Time in other language in Activity Stream for the Jira issues. While all other details appear in English US, which is his Preferred Language as I see in his Profile. How can this possibly happen and what to do to revert the Date/Time section appear in English(US) instead.

Please check if the user's browser (Edge?) doesn't do automatic translations. This can cause weird effects when the default Jira language is different from the personal settings and the browser overrides these settings.

There was something related to browser (Chrome) , what exactly we don't know. Restarting the Chrome solved the issue.
