Hi all together
We have an issue with our Jira-Fisheye-Integration. If I go to a ticket page on Jira an click on "activities", then I receive a timeout for one of the activity sources. But if I click on "all" (the leftmost tab), then everything works as expected. This is confusing because the "all"-pane contains the "activities" too!? Any ideas what's the problem here? Why is there a timeout if I want to see only the activities?
If I stop fisheye, the timeout did not appear. But then there's also no fisheye activity shown, of course.
Any ideas on how to solve this would be much appreciated, thx in advance and kind regards,
Yves
Hi Daniel,
thx for your respone.
We already increased the timeout values (sorry, for not mentioning above):
But it seems as if these values are ignored. If I click on "activities", it takes nearly exactly ten seconds and then the warning came up. Shouldn't be there a timeout of 30s now?
Kind regards,
Yves

Hello Starwarsfan,
This may require further investigation in a private forum (https://support.atlassian.com) but perhaps you can first try increasing the "API Connection Timeout" value in JIRA Administration > Application Links and then click on "FishEye Configuration" for the appropriate app link to your FishEye/Crucible application.
Thank you,
Daniel
