Good day,
I've got a problem with adding a resource avatar on JIRA. I can browse for a picture and change the part that should be used. When I then click the Confirm button, nothing happens. I'm using Windows 8 with IE11. I also tested it on Windows 8 with Firefox 21 and it works then. Is there something I can do to get it to work on IE11 since this is our company's preferred browser?
Thank you in advance,
Liezel
Hello Liezel
Are you aware if compatibility mode is activated? There are many problems if that's the case, this is reported here and you can disable it on your browser or directly at Jira using this document
If that's not the case please tell me!
Good luck.
Also, check if the JIRA version that you are running is compatible with IE 11.

Hi Lieze,
Please note that versions prior to JIRA 6.2 are not fully compatible with IE 11, as per our Supported Platforms documentation:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA062/Supported+Platforms
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA061/Supported+Platforms
If you are running an older version of JIRA, we would recommend you to upgrade your instance, and in case the problem persists, to report a ticket on our support portal.
Cheers,
Danilo

Any suggestions? @Liezel vd Heever what did you end up doing?
