Adding hyperlink to desctiption text of a field (through field configuration)

Hi

I want to add a hyperlink to the descriptions of priority field on jira.

I understand I can edit the description through the field configuration, however, I am not sure how i can add a hyperlink to it.

The idea is that, on the create issue screen, the user should get the option to click the hyperlink in the description below it to read the definition of priority that we have defined.

How is this possible?
