After upgrade no welcome-guide

I upgraded JIRA and installed JIRA Service Desk.  I created an IT Help desk and if directs me the welcome-guide but nothing is displayed.

when you say nothing is display do you mean a blank screen? Which browser are you using and version. I ran into an issue with users of IE that required an update to the browser. Check Firefox/Chrome/Safari.
