Announcement / information banner on issue creation
Hello community,
I'd like to include a message/announcement/information area on an issue during creation like Atlassian has done (https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa).
Right now I'm using a Free Text Field with the wiki renderer. I set the values with the Behaviors Plugin It works great once the preview icon is clicked to take it out of edit mode, but not very usable until that's done.
Does anyone know how to accomplish what is shown below? BTW, I'm using version 5.1.
