Anonymous User Name

Whenever an user updates an issue comments then the particular user name is not showing rather its showing as 'Anonymous'. Screenshot attached. Please help me on this issue.

Hmm. Can you confirm that the user is logged in? Also, check your permissions to see if comment permission is open to anyone.

Yes the user is logged in and also the permission is not open to everyone.

Is the comment added by a plugin? Or by the user on the UI? If it is the user, are there any error in the logs when the comment is added?

Comment is added by the user on the UI. And also I haven't seen the logs while user added the comment.

You need to check the logs while reproducing the issue. There has to be some changes in the system as this is not a normal behavior.
