HI,

 

Good day.

 

Artezio Kanban board suddenly stops working.

 

As checked, the plugin was still installed.

 

Can someone help us start troubleshooting for this issue?

This sounds like a great issue for Atlassian Support to look into.  You can open a ticket at support.atlassian.com. Be sure to include detailed information about the issue and a Support Zip.
