Board Administrator are suddenly removed

Hi Team

In our jira instance board administrator are suddenly removed from most of the boards. Can you help me to construct the SQL/database query to check how many boards have no administrator. We basically want to list down the boards with "no(none)" administrator, so that we can fix them manually. 

Also , let me know if this is possible to fix them though Groovy, meaning updating the board administrator's using groovy.  We are using script runner... we are using jira V6.4.4
