I have tried to transist 6 issue in bulk but since from last 3 days getting same screen as below like "Transitioning 10 issues" and look at the day it's "Friday 12:10 PM" and today is Tuesday.

Does atlassian-jira.log indicate any anomaly?

If your JIRA instance is small, I think it's a good idea to attempt a background re-index. May be indexes are broken.
