With the admin user i have access to the calcuate button within the issue navigator.
With any other user this button is not available.
Is this a permission issue or is there something else that i might be missing.
Thanks
JIRA version : 6.1.#6144
sumup version: 1.08
Hey Kenneth Milo,
yes, like you guess, the restriction within the sumup configuration.

None of the cases mentioned above are valid for us.
Trial license, No user restrictions, Issue navigator is in list view – Calculate Button is still only available for admins
Just to confirm – the user/group restriction is within the plugin permission config??
Thanks

Hi Kenneth Milo, if you are still evaluating sumup, could please try to add a user and a group to the restrictions and remove them afterwards. Maybe this will fix the issue. Please let me know if this works. Thank you in advance, Benjamin John

Hi Kenneth Milo,
we often here from our customers that it takes some times after installing sumup, until the button appears for all users. But we are going to check this. Maybe there is an issue with JIRA 6.1. You can deny the acces to sumup in the settings, but if you didn't, there is no restriction for users.
Refreshing the browser cache can be helpful sometimes, but not always.
Kind regards,
Benjamin John
