This account is my colleague's, but now I am the JIRA administrator, so it's very not convenient for me.
When I ask a question by the account, I cann't recieve the answer email, my colleague must forward email to me.
I have try to add my email in this account as below picture, but I cann't recieve any emails.
Is there any method to resolve the problem? thanks

On the myAtlassian page you are on click on the account settings page (Your name on the top of the page)
Manage your account > Account settings > Change email
