Can I specify a role per component?

We have different QA Team Leads for each component. Can I specify a role per component?

Jira allows you to associate a lead and a default assignee for each component, but not a role. These settings are project level.

I'm not sure which version of Jira you are using, so I can't say for sure if you have this feature.
