Can not edit board filter?

I am unable to edit the filters for boards. I am Admin in jira and Administrator for these boards. 

When I try to change board filter, I get this message 

The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Hey Salma, are you still experiencing this problem? If so, can you please reproduce it and attach this part of your JIRA log file here as well as a screenshot of your error?
