Hey,

- I just created a new JIRA project from scratch and I wanted to add a JIRA member as admin because i need him to copy a custom workflow scheme.

- From the project settings, i can see he apparently was added correctly.

- However, the user i'm trying to add can't see himself as admin. And he can't add the workflow scheme i need to use for the project. I can only add stories (screenshot attached):

Am i supposed to add new issue types here?

Any help?

Hi Franco,

It looks like you created Agility project type where it only has some basic configuration. If this is the case, you won't be able to make much configuration (scheme and other stuff) here as this project type is designed to be simple. You can find below link to learn more about it:

If you wish to have more configuration, I'd suggest to create different project type such as Scrum, Kanban etc. The Jira member that you added as admin in the new project, will then be able to make further configuration on schemes.

We solved it by having the admin who set up the workflow scheme in first place to duplicate my project, and then he could add the workflow with no problems. So everything is cool now.

Thank you very much for your help!
