My company colleague can't log in JIRA(account info is right),and shows "Failure in the Atlassian Cloud authentication system."??? But i can log in.
Anyone knows?
I am getting the same message this morning when trying to login
Ohh, very little information, so start with this:
If you can see him in the user directory: Is he in the same user directory as you? Is he added to jira-users? Can you see failed logins on his user? What does the logs say?
If not: Is all elements you might LDAP filter on fulfilled? Is he in a part of the LDAP forrest as other users?
